Biography
Born in a family of music lovers, Andrea is an Italian composer, known for his scores for films (Dakota, The Letter, Graybeard, Set Me Free), documentaries (Blue-eyed Japanese, Happy Goodyear), TV Shows (Sky, Rai, Discovery, Fox), and for his concert music works (Ten Frames, Morning Moon, Energy Flow Suite).
Andrea graduated in Composition from Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia, Rome, and his talent has been recognized with awards such as the 1st Prize "Young Composer 2015" at the Transatlantyk Film Music Competition and the 1st Grand Prize at the Oticons International Film Music Competition in 2015. Additionally, he was the proud recipient of the Immediate Music Award in 2015 and was a Finalist Nominee for SABAM at the World Soundtrack Awards in 2017.
Since 2017, Andrea has been actively involved in the film music education as the co-curator and lecturer for the CSC Lab Film Music at the Italian National School of Cinema in Rome. In this position, Andrea shares his expertise and passion for the art of film music, contributing to the education and development of aspiring young composers.
